Out of Pocket Individual Therapy: $200
Insurance: Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Ascension (SmartHealth), Anthem EAP, Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois.
Sliding Scale: fee can be adjusted based on client's income and financial situation.
